EQT Infrastructure II Fund has Acquired Direct ChassisLink Inc.

EQT Infrastructure II Fund announced its acquisition of Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) from one of the largest U.S. providers of marine chassis in the container shipping industry, Littlejohn & Co. DCLI. Scott-Macon’s Transportation & Logistics Group served as financial advisor to EQT Infrastructure II on this transaction.

Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, DCLI serves over 3,300 customers across the US while also managing an additional 92,000 domestic containers owned by third parties through its REZ-1 platform. DCLI has a fleet of approximately 120,000 marine chassis in the U.S. that are used to carry containers to and from ships in port and local destinations. They also service intermodal hubs for long haul transport by rail or truck, as well as for last mile distribution.
