QualCare Inc., a subsidiary of QualCare Alliance Networks, Inc., announced the acquisition of Alterra Group, Inc. Scott-Macon’s Healthcare Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to QualCare, Inc. in this transaction.
Alterra Group, Inc. is the holding company for Scibal Associates, Inc. and Encentives, Inc. This privately held firm, headquartered in Somers Point, New Jersey, specializes in providing third-party administrative services for property & casualty and workers’ compensation claims since 1953.
