InHome Medical announced its acquisition by ASP Global, a wholesaler of medical supplies. Scott-Macon acted as the exclusive financial advisor to InHome Medical in this transaction.
As a provider of direct-to-home medical supplies, InHome’s five fully stocked distribution centers allow them to provide one-to-two business day delivery to 96% of the U.S. with locations in IN, NJ, CA, TX, and FL.
