Carrier Corporation completed the sale of certain assets of Smith-Holland B.V. to Smith-Holland Deelnemingen B.V. Scott-Macon’s Industrial & Automotive Group acted as exclusive financial adviser to Carrier Corporation in this transaction.
Smith-Holland B.V. offers mobile repair and pre-trip inspection services to shipping lines and leasing companies, as well as parts distribution for leading refrigerated container machinery brands. Headquartered in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), they are one of the largest mobile refrigerated container service providers in the world, serving 30 various locations across Europe.
Smith-Holland Deelnemingen is also Netherlands-based holding company whose operations specialize in servicing and repairing refrigerated container units.
