Scott-Macon Advises Stone Bridge Energy Partners on Financing for Ethylene-to-Butene-1 Plant
SBE Chemical Partners I LLC (“SBE”) has completed all capital commitments to proceed with the development of “Raven”, an on-purpose Ethylene-to-Butene-1 processing facility located in Baytown, Texas. The plant will cost about $200 million and have 100,000 metric tons per year of capacity when it starts up in 2018.
SBE is a joint venture between Evonik Industries and Stone Bridge Energy Partners.
