Scott-Macon’s Healthcare Group Advises Northshore International Insurance Services on Its Sale

International professional services firm Davies Group has purchased Northshore International Insurance Services. 

For more than 25 years, Northshore has provided audit, claims management, subrogation management and consulting services to a wide range of insurance clients. Based in Danvers, Massachusetts and Plainfield, Illinois, the company helps businesses in the insurance industry better understand their risks. 

Northshore will join Davies’ current insurance services business unit, led by CEO Steven Crabb. 

The acquisition, led by Nate Cortright, expands Scott-Macon’s track record in the insurance industry. 

Based in the UK, Davies Group provides operations, technology and consulting services in the risk and insurance industry. The company also has offices in the US, Canada, Bermuda and Ireland. Davies’ offerings in the US include claims third-party administrator and loss adjusting solutions across all 50 states.
