Indiana Health Network is acquired by the Great-West Lifeco, Inc.

Great-West Lifeco Inc., through its U.S. subsidiary, Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company, has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Indiana Health Network, a leading preferred provider organization (“PPO”) in the State of Indiana. The transaction will add nearly 75,000 members to Great-West Life & Annuity’s healthcare division, Great-West Healthcare, which has a network across the U.S. of more than 4,250 hospitals and 550,000 providers and provides healthcare services to 2 million people.
