Carrier Corporation completed the sale of certain assets of Smith-Holland B.V. to Smith-Holland Deelnemingen B.V.

Smith-Holland B.V., headquartered in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), is one of the largest mobile refrigerated container service providers in the world, serving 30 different locations across Europe. It offers mobile repair and pre-trip inspection services to shipping lines and leasing companies, as well as parts distribution for leading refrigerated container machinery brands.
