Nathan D. Cortright

Nate Cortright has over 25 years of healthcare and business services investment banking experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate finance advisory assignments.

Prior to joining Scott-Macon in 2001, Mr. Cortright founded Cortright Securities, an investment banking boutique serving the healthcare and business services industries. Prior to establishing Cortright Securities, Mr. Cortright was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Corporate Finance Groups of Price Waterhouse and, subsequently, Advest. Mr. Cortright began his investment banking career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at The First Boston Corporation, providing merger and acquisition advisory services to First Boston’s Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Cortright subsequently joined Morgan Grenfell as a Senior Vice President, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
