Scott-Macon Advises IEP Technologies in its acquisition Newson Gale Inc

IEP Technologies, a portfolio company of HOERBIGER Group, has acquired Newson Gale Inc. The transaction is effective as of January 4, 2016. IEP Technologies provides systems and services that suppress, isolate and/or vent potential combustible dust or vapor explosions in process industries.

Headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, IEP Technologies is a leading global, industrial explosion protection company which provides systems and services that detect and suppress combustible dust or vapor explosions in process industries, including best-in-class explosion protection systems, design engineering, replacement parts, and service and support to its global customer base.

The United Kingdom based Newson Gale has manufactured static grounding equipment for hazardous area industries since 1988. In addition to the United Kingdom, Newson Gale Inc. has offices in the United States, Germany, and Singapore.
