Carrier Corp. Completes Sale of Refrigerated Container Services Group (RCS) to ConGlobal Industries

Carrier Corporation has completed its divestiture of Refrigerated Container Services Group (RCS) to ConGlobal Industries, Inc. The deal is effective as of December 31, 2012.

Houston-based RCS has been serving the needs of the InterModal industry in North and Central America and the Caribbean since 1981. RCS is the largest distributor of refrigerated container parts in the world. The five U.S. depot locations specialize in storage, repair and refurbishment of Refrigerated Containers, ISO Tanks, Dry Boxes and Chassis.

ConGlobal Industries, Inc. provides depot services, equipment sales and transportation services as well as equipment repair, maintenance, storage and redistribution services to global shipping lines and leasing companies. The company is built on a network of 20 locations in the U.S., Mexico and Costa Rica.
