Carrier Corporation announced the sale of its Refrigerated Container Services Group (RCS) to ConGlobal Industries Inc. Scott-Macon’s Industrial & Automotive Group acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Carrier Corp in this transaction.
ConGlobal Industries, Inc. provides depot services, equipment sales, and transportation services, as well as equipment repair, maintenance, storage, and redistribution services to global shipping lines and leasing companies. The company is built on a network of 20 locations in the U.S., Mexico and Costa Rica.
