Jeffrey M. Tepper has over 40 years of investment banking experience.

Since joining Scott-Macon in 1985, Mr. Tepper has been involved in a merger and acquisition and financing assignments for clients operating in a broad range of industries including automotive, chemicals, media and information and manufacturing. In addition, Mr. Tepper has prepared valuation and fairness opinions for the boards of directors of private and publicly-held companies and private investment firms. Prior to joining Scott-Macon, Mr. Tepper was an investment banker with County Bank Limited, a subsidiary of National Westminster Bank, specializing in cross-border acquisitions and financings. Mr. Tepper began his career at J. Henry Schroder Corporation, where he was involved in a wide variety of corporate finance assignments for domestic and international corporations.

Mr. Tepper is a graduate of Queens College (B.A.) and Rutgers University (M.B.A.).
