UTC Building & Industrial Systems has completed the sale of Hall & Kay Fire Engineering to INTEGRAL UK Limited. Hall & Kay Fire Engineering is a leading provider in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of active fixed fire protection systems across the United Kingdom. The transaction is effective as of November 28, 2014.
